Donovan Fenton proudly serves as the State Senator for District 10, representing Cheshire County and parts of western Hillsborough County. Born and raised in Keene, Donovan is proud of his deep roots in the community and lifelong commitment to public service.

Before joining the senate in 2023, when he was elected as the youngest member in more than 50 years, he served three terms in the New Hampshire House of Representatives. From a young age, Donovan was inspired by the power of civic engagement, working on local campaigns and learning firsthand how government can make a difference in people’s lives.

Donovan has delivered results on the issues that matter most to Granite Staters. He has spearheaded legislation to expand access to affordable healthcare, especially in rural communities. By working alongside healthcare professionals, policymakers, and community leaders, he has helped close gaps in care and improve outcomes for families across the state.

He has also been a strong advocate for economic growth and job creation. Donovan has championed small businesses and supported entrepreneurs, focusing his efforts on lifting them as the backbone of local economies. Through smart investments and forward-looking policies, he has fostered an environment where businesses thrive and good-paying jobs are within reach for all.

Protecting New Hampshire’s natural resources is another cornerstone of his work in Concord.. Donovan has led efforts to conserve the state’s environment and promote sustainability, and investments in clean energy development, ensuring New Hampshire’s natural majesty is preserved for future generations.

Beyond his legislative work, Donovan has always put service at the center of his life. He has volunteered with the Monadnock Center for Violence Prevention, the Community Kitchen of Keene, the Cedarcrest Center for Children with Disabilities, and the Hundred Nights Emergency Shelter. His dedication to community, combined with his reputation for integrity and bipartisan leadership, has earned him the trust and respect of colleagues and constituents alike.
